Recruitment Partnership
If you are an experienced freelance recruiter (IT or Non-IT) or a small agency looking for a stead flow of requirements to work on you are in the right place. We are always working on 100's of positions for a number of our clients across India. We are looking to expand our freelance network and partners for recruitment all the time. We can share as many permanent or contract requirements as you can handle .
A % share (varies by requirements) of the profits will be agreed before we share any requirements with you.
Outsourcing Partnership
If you are an organization providing IT services and are interested in taking on new assignments from us or our clients, you can partner with us. We will contact you for a quote when we receive requests from our clients when they are looking to outsource work. We also actively seek out new clients with requirements.
We charge a referral fee based on each assignment. Referral agreement and NDA will need to be signed before any requirements can be shared.
