  • 1+ yrs of exp developing new content ideas for recruitment

HR - RPO Service

  • 3+ yrs of exp as a recruiter managing RPO for their clients
  • Excellent knowledge of E2E HR process at an enterprise level

Senior Recruiter - IT 

  • 3+ years of experience as IT Recruiter and lead a team of recruiters & excellent communicator
  • Experience handling a number of IT roles and technologies 
  • Expert in Source profiles from portal, social channels and own networks.
  • Experience conducting basic technical screening Interviews for a few technologies
  • Managed client relationship and kept track of a no. of roles and applications in progress

Senior Recruiter - Non IT 

  • 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter and lead a team of recruiters & excellent communicator
  • Experience handling a number of senior sales, marketing and digital other non-IT roles  
  • Expert in Source profiles from portal, social channels and own networks.
  • Experience conducting screening or 1st round Interviews for some of the common roles
  • Managed client relationship and kept track of a no. of roles and applications in progress

Business Development Mgr

  • 2+ yrs of exp in design and development of  growth strategies for a HR consultancy
  • Assist the team with implementing suggested plans and strategies
  • Oversee and examine new strategy progress and development in recruitment & HR domain
  • Develop business plans with the assigned industries, sectors and accounts
  • Conduct complex analysis in order to find new market opportunities
